Assistant Performance Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the delivery of high-quality performance analysis, reporting, and insight
- Produce standardised reports and charts using analytical tools
- Work on projects under the guidance of Performance Analysts
- Develop an understanding of analytics context, tools and techniques
- Ensure accuracy and quality of data and analysis
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting products using tools like Power BI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum one year experience in a data-driven working environment or equivalent transferable skills through education
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to clean and manipulate data
- Evidence self-management of workload and priorities
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge level of Excel
- Ability to communicate analysis and insight to end users
- Understanding of basic data issues and conducting checks for accuracy
- Understanding of data fit for purpose and context
- Experience with Business Intelligence software is desirable
