Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy from accredited program
Current state licensure as Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist
Completion of Herman & Wallace Level I certification, or alternative advanced training approved by Essentia Health leadership
