About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborates with the director of clinical education and education specialists as well as clinical leadership in planning and implementing conferences, specialty training, and continuing education programs.
Responsible for ensuring that clinical education activities meet the requirements of multiple professional education agencies/ organizations and the licensure boards in Minnesota and neighboring states.
Planning, implementing and evaluating educational activities to achieve learning and clinical outcomes with the goal of improving patient care.
Ensuring efficient resource management within the department.
Consulting with clinical staff in areas as needed to promote use of adult learning principles and effective teaching methods.
Complete documentation of the educational process and responding to requests for educational data from internal and external customers.
Functions as a System Administrator for Essentia Health’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in Business, Education, or appropriate discipline -OR- Associate degree in same fields with a minimum of three years’ experience in progressive project management, office management, or education services
strong understanding of education, curriculum building, or professional development
strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
strong desire to foster connection and community within our organization
