About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform all duties associated with interpretation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications
Optimize drug therapy to improve patient's quality of life and health outcomes
Participate in clinical initiatives and assist in daily pharmacy activities
Train new staff and pharmacy students
Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns
Resolve customer service issues
Billing, record keeping, monthly audits, inventory control, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (BS or PharmD degree required)
Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the Board of Pharmacy in the state of working (Minnesota, Wisconsin)
Certification/Licensure Requirement: Licensed Pharmacist-Intern if registered in another state, must obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
Ongoing continuing education and license renewal as required by the state Board of Pharmacy
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified within one week of hire
Immunization Delivery Certification required at time of hire
