About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key support member of the Essendant Digital marketplace team
Improve marketplace product listings by partnering with Content, Merchandising, and Channel teams
Monitor policy violations and listing removal notifications
Review Voice of the Customer metrics
Monitor seller feedback, customer reviews, and return-related feedback
Monitor pricing alerts and discrepancies
Assist in tracking Seller Fulfilled Prime performance metrics
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant eCommerce (online) experience either in Sales, Customer Care, Content, Merchandising or Pricing
Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of eCommerce operations
Basic knowledge of online marketplaces and marketplace platforms
