Solutions Engineer

• Partner directly with utility customers to engage, create, and design proven and advanced ArcGIS enterprise system solutions through complex and diverse Professional Services engagement activities
• Work closely with customers and partners in a hands-on capacity to design solutions that meet specific business and technical needs and evangelize utilization of GIS
• Design and implement innovative and impactful ArcGIS platform-based strategies and solutions to meet unique and complex customer requirements
• Define business continuity for both on-premises and cloud deployments, following industry standards for security, governance, publication strategy, and custom application architecture
• Translate customer system requirements into software architecture and design specifications
• Advise customers on innovative, effective, and creative solutions using Esri technology and content
• Recommend strategies, architectures, and work with customers to prepare Esri software implementation and migration strategies
