About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and web inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Qualifying inbound leads: gather contact details, needs, timeline, budget, and buying readiness; record and update CRM entries
  • Route qualified leads to outside sales with clear handoff notes and follow-up tasks
  • Support outside sales: prepare quotes/proposals, assist with order entry, track contract and fulfillment status
  • Manage client issues (billing, product questions, returns, scheduling); resolve or escalate according to guidelines
  • Conduct onboarding tasks and follow-ups to ensure timely time-to-value for new clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM and ticket records; document interactions and next steps
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes, renewals, and service requests to advance opportunities
  • Contribute client feedback and suggestions to product, operations, and sales teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years in client success, customer service, inside sales, or sales support
  • Strong phone presence and clear verbal/written communication
  • Experience qualifying leads and supporting sales workflows
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics or similar) and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Experience in B2B environments or supporting outside sales teams – Preferred
  • Familiarity with quoting/order-entry tools and basic contract/admin processes - Preferred
