About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Agile delivery teams as a servant leader, guiding them in Scrum practices and principles
Foster team maturity by enabling self-organization, accountability, and consistent Agile execution
Identify, escalate, and remove impediments to minimize disruptions and keep delivery on track
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and progress
Partner closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and leadership to align priorities and ensure clarity of goals
Promote transparency by communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
Use metrics and team insights to improve delivery predictability, product quality, and performance
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable team feedback
Create and maintain a psychologically safe, high-performing team environment that supports innovation and collaboration
Ensure Agile processes, artifacts, and practices are consistently applied and scalable across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
3+ years of experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum Master or similar role (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
Proven coaching and facilitation skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to manage dependencies and remove barriers across teams and functions
Experience working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for continuous improvement
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
