About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, plan, coordinate and deliver training curriculum and development programs for SP sales employees
  • Lead the training process end-to-end including needs analysis, content development, training delivery
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Education departments to coordinate comprehensive product-focused sales training curriculum
  • Lead new hires through their onboarding journey and ensure their comprehension and confidence
  • Maintain a calendar of new hire training to ensure alignment with employee success
  • Build relationships with sales colleagues and leadership
  • Deliver instructional content and certify sales team product knowledge
  • Partner with the Education team to communicate science and key selling messages of SP products
  • Create high-quality content including fact sheets, instructional videos, and audio guides
  • Ensure ongoing training and program reinforcement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health/Wellness, Education, Business, Information Technology, or related field required
  • Strong background and knowledge of nutrition; degree or certification in Advanced Nutrition preferred
  • 7+ years of experience training in a sales environment
  • 7+ years of experience in the nutrition/health/wellness field
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with an LMS system
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
  • Knowledge and application of adult learning principles
  • Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills and able to present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Deep knowledge of tools and software to identify how they can be used to improve/optimize sales
  • Familiarity around sales methodologies, process, and strategy
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively while being detail oriented
  • Ability to manage relationships cross-functionally in an effective and tactful manner
  • Self-directed and motivated to continue learning and improve effectiveness
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively
