About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the design, configuration, integration, administration, and lifecycle management of key credit union applications
Analyze, design, and develop system enhancements to improve the user experience
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and optimized for member services and internal operations
Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely updates and support including escalations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Three or more years of professional experience in application engineering, application development, or a similar role; or combination of applicable work experience and education.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of system development life cycle and DevOps practices.
Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise applications, vendor administration, database systems, and API integration technologies.
