About the role
- Serve as the central content architect, partnering with executives, faculty, students, and partners.
- Develop and own the national content strategy, editorial calendar, and governance.
- Architect content journeys that effectively move target audiences from discovery to conversion.
- Leverage SEO, AI-driven discovery, and performance data to optimize content strategy.
- Research, write, edit, and produce high-impact content.
- Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and high editorial standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and creative teams, and manage external agencies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field from an accredited higher education institution.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in content marketing, editorial leadership, or strategic communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling proficiency across diverse formats.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO principles, content performance analytics, and AI-influenced search dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and leading cross-functional internal teams.
