- Advance the R&D of the 3D city data model and its tools
- Shape applications and solutions for Digital Twins in local government
- Help articulate vision and execution

Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial and/or government experience in the shaping, articulation, definition, and design of software products
- Deep passion to make the world’s cities a better place
- Long-term willingness to execute the corresponding visionary plan
- Outstanding domain expertise and technology understanding
- Excellent skills in strategic discussions, collaboration, writing, presentations
- Experience in hiring and leading engineers, and executing long-term strategies
- Willingness to travel and do outreach work
- Strong professional network in related fields
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Architecture, GIS, Urban Planning or a related field
