About the role
- Deliver exceptional service to members via phone and video.
- Educate members on Summit’s products and services.
- Resolve inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Refer members to appropriate departments or specialists.
- Meet service and sales goals through structured training and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, and USA Patriot Act/CIP regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of customer service experience (1+ year in financial or contact center preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic financial calculations.
