About the role
- Analyze and resolve incoming customer requests involving invoice disputes, billing concerns, and credit inquiries.
- Complete account reconciliations for third-party systems.
- Collaborate with supply partners to correct inaccurate invoices.
- Establish relationships with supply partner billing personnel to resolve outstanding issues.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform cylinder audits to verify rental balances and ensure billing accuracy.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with special or cross-functional projects, tasks, and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a billing or related role required.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems - MS Business Central and Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Customer Service experience is a plus.
