About the role

  • You will join a team of around ten consultants with diverse profiles, driven by a commitment to deliver useful, tailor-made advice.
  • You will primarily work on tourism and cultural topics, supporting local authorities and other public stakeholders on the following areas: territorial diagnostics, feasibility and/or opportunity studies, audits of services and public operators, and assistance in choosing the method of delivery/management for facilities and services;
  • Management of competitive procurement procedures (concessions, public contracts, and other forms of public/private contracting), as well as contract monitoring and operational follow-up;
  • Support in structuring services or implementing public policies and projects;
  • Support for the transfer or transformation of responsibilities and capacities, and for project arrangements to ensure their implementation;
  • Participation in the strategic development of the Public Services Division and of the firm.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing public-sector projects, gained in a consultancy firm, local authority, public organization, or private operator
  • Strong knowledge of the ecosystem (local authorities, tourist offices, departmental tourism committees or tourism development agencies, state actors such as ANCT, Atout France, etc.) and a thorough understanding of the functioning of local government and public services
  • Good knowledge of issues related to the development of tourism and/or cultural project engineering
  • Proven expertise in awarding public-private contracts and/or setting up structures, economic modelling and financial structuring of projects, and in assembling and/or managing multi-partner projects.
