About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contact delinquent customers from our database via phone, WhatsApp, and email, interacting courteously.
Identify the appropriate approach for each customer, aiming for a financially sustainable solution for both the customer and the company.
Adapt approach according to debt age, customer location, and the customer's financial capacity.
Gather and analyze all relevant information about the customer's financial history.
Complete renegotiations in compliance with the company's collections policy.
Communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
Monitor the payment settlement process, locate payments made, and record renegotiations in the system.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
Experience in collections.
Strong communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
