About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain ARR models tracking new, expansion, contraction, and churn activity across agency and department segments
- Analyze gross renewal rate and net renewal rate trends and translate churn drivers into actionable insight
- Support strategic pricing analysis with Corporate Finance
- Maintain data integrity between source systems and ARR reporting and resolve discrepancies
- Develop KPI frameworks and lead cross-functional projects to improve scalability and operational performance
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings forecasts for senior leadership, the Board, and investors
- Prepare variance analysis and bridge explanations for business reviews
- Contribute to longer-range financial planning supporting debt covenant and Vista reporting requirements
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Accounting to validate ARR movements and align definitions
- Prepare recurring board, investor, and lender reporting materials related to top-line performance
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline reporting, and automate recurring analyses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or revenue analytics
- Comfort working with ARR, bookings, and other subscription metrics, and understanding what drives them
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Clear, concise communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- High attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, or a similar planning tool preferred
- Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models and related metrics, including GRR, NRR, and churn preferred
- Familiarity with NetSuite or a similar ERP system preferred
- Successful background check required for offers
