About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You take operational and personnel responsibility for the can filling area, currently comprising five filling lines across two sites
You lead and develop a team of approximately 60 employees as well as your direct line managers
You ensure stable and high-performing production in a three-shift operation
You are accountable for meeting targets related to output, quality, cost, efficiency and delivery reliability
You ensure production and staffing planning is coordinated across sites
You further develop the leadership structure within your area and ensure clear responsibilities, expectations and communication channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of production experience, ideally within the food industry
Proven multi-year experience leading production or shift teams
Deep understanding of production processes, KPIs and efficiency improvement
Extensive knowledge of quality and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, IFS)
Experience working with production systems and common MS tools
Hands-on approach, decisive and strong communication skills
Strong team player
Able to remain calm and maintain an overview in stressful situations
Structured and solution-oriented working style
