About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, contact, and build relationships with social media influencers who align with our brand values and vision.
- Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate attention.
- Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to create engaging, shareable content in collaboration with influencers.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future strategies.
- Organize influencer events, including shootings and video shoots, for our social media channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management within the fitness or nutrition industry in Italy.
- Confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
