Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
ESNTalent Acquisition Specialist supporting operational recruiting processes and taking on responsibilities at The Quality Group. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- You coordinate interviews, keep all relevant stakeholders informed, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- You support active sourcing and identify suitable talent for our open roles
- You maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure information is accurately documented and processes are reliably followed
- You take responsibility for smaller projects and contribute ideas to optimize our recruiting processes
- You work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have some hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or a comparable environment
- You work in a structured way, keep an overview even when handling multiple parallel topics, and set priorities sensibly
- You approach tasks proactively, take ownership, and do not wait for tasks to be assigned
- You quickly learn new topics, tools, and processes and enjoy developing your skills
- You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and can adapt flexibly to change
