About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage and develop your customers in line with established company objectives and implement regional sales-promoting initiatives.
- You acquire new customers while taking profitability into account and continuously identifying market potential.
- You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials, complying with The Quality Group's economic guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and competitors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have experience in field sales, sales, or grocery retail.
- Ideally, you have a commercial/business qualification.
- You are a strong communicator, a confident negotiator, and enjoy networking.
- You enjoy working with KPIs and sales and are enthusiastic about our products.
- You are proficient with digital media and like contributing new ideas.
- You hold a driving licence (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence.
