About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You develop, design, and implement display and secondary placement strategies in line with brand and sales objectives
- You own the end-to-end process responsibility for all display projects – from concept and design to production, rollout, and performance evaluation
- You coordinate and align all relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Procurement) and external partners
- You manage production, suppliers, and quality to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality execution
- You analyze display performance and placement quality based on data, deriving actionable insights to optimize sales uplift
- You ensure the economic steering and continuous ROI optimization of all display activities
- You ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all display formats
- You identify best practices and continuously improve scalability, efficiency, and impact of display concepts
- You report to the Head of Media & Shopper Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a degree or relevant training in marketing, retail, business, design, or a related field
- You bring 2–3 years of professional experience in trade/shopper marketing, display management, retail activation, or a comparable field
- You have experience in the FMCG industry and a strong understanding of retail environments
- You are experienced in managing end-to-end projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- You have hands-on experience with display design, production processes, materials, and supplier management
- You are confident in analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements
- You combine a structured, detail-oriented working style with a strong hands-on mentality
- You are a strong communicator and able to align cross-functional teams effectively
- You are comfortable working with MS Office and KPI-based reporting
- You are fluent in English and/or German.
- You are willing to travel occasionally for market visits and rollout support
