About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support applicant management for our white-collar positions (e.g., Marketing, Tech, Product, Finance)
- You screen incoming applications and make initial shortlists
- You coordinate interviews and handle scheduling and invitation management with candidates and hiring teams
- You assist in creating, publishing and updating job postings
- You prepare contract offers as well as the associated tickets and documentation
- You work in a structured way with our recruiting tools and ensure accurate documentation
- You will gradually contribute to small to medium recruiting projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a registered student (HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar) and have at least one year of study remaining
- You already have initial practical experience in recruiting
- You work in a highly structured, detail-oriented way and keep an overview even when handling multiple concurrent topics
- You can prioritize effectively and organize your work independently
- You are communicative and interact with candidates and stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner
- You are technically inclined and enjoy working with various tools
- You are proactive, think ahead and have a hands-on mentality
- You have very good German and English skills
