About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support the implementation of the B2B go-to-market strategy — from assortment planning to promotions and POS activations.
- You create and maintain sales and presentation tools that make the work of our Key Account Managers and field sales teams easier.
- You track key KPIs and sales figures, prepare reports, and derive initial recommendations for action.
- You coordinate alignments with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Operations, and Category Management.
- You organize meetings, prepare internal B2B Brand News updates, and keep content up to date.
- You assist in preparing innovation sell-in toolkits to optimally position new products in retail.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field (a master’s degree is an advantage).
- You have initial professional experience in Sales or Marketing in a B2B environment within the grocery/food retail sector.
- You have strong numeracy and enjoy analyzing data and presenting it clearly.
- You are highly organized with a structured working style — Excel & PowerPoint are familiar tools to you.
- You are a strong communicator, proactive, and contribute ideas to improve processes.
- You enjoy working in a team and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
- You have business-fluent German and good English skills and feel confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
