About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and further develop pricing and trade-term structures across brands, channels, and customers
- Set and enforce commercial guardrails (e.g., discount levels, trade terms, promotion rules) to ensure margin discipline
- Develop and lead annual negotiations, including frameworks, targets, and offer structures
- Drive trade spend strategy and effectiveness and determine how investments are allocated across discounts, promotions, and displays
- Define clear rules for promotional activities (depth, frequency, mechanics) to support value-driven growth
- Own and maintain pricing and trade-term configurations in systems (e.g., SAP), ensuring consistency with agreed conditions
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Finance, and Brand teams on revenue-growth decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence, or a related role within FMCG or a comparable industry
- Proven experience working with pricing, trade terms, and promotional mechanics in a B2B or retail environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude and a focus on rapid execution
- Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes effectively
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort building and maintaining models, deriving insights, and automating workflows
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
