About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You provide comprehensive 360° HR support to your business units (White- and Blue-Collar areas)
- You work closely with leaders at all levels and act as a sparring partner
- You coach managers and advise on topics such as change, employee development, conflict management and the employee lifecycle
- You actively shape and further develop HR tools, policies and processes
- You proactively drive HR initiatives and projects and implement them independently
- You analyze HR metrics, derive actions and support data-driven decisions (e.g., using Excel/Pivots)
- You maintain and develop HR tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
- You plan and manage training and development measures for managers
- You support onboarding and offboarding processes as well as other employee lifecycle topics
- You support topics such as index-based pay adjustments and collaborate closely with various HR functions
- In this role you report to the Senior HR Business Partner
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable qualification – alternatively you bring equivalent practical experience
- You have initial to several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
- Ideally, you have experience working with international stakeholders
- You have solid knowledge of employment law and a good understanding of contractual basics
- You have experience providing 360° support to business units and working on HR projects
- You are confident in using HR systems, Excel (including Pivot) and reporting tools
- You have a good understanding of white- and blue-collar structures
- You are fluent in German and English
- You demonstrate empathy, assertiveness, a structured approach and a clear business mindset
