About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You provide comprehensive 360° HR support to your business units (White- and Blue-Collar areas)
You work closely with leaders at all levels and act as a sparring partner
You coach managers and advise on topics such as change, employee development, conflict management and the employee lifecycle
You actively shape and further develop HR tools, policies and processes
You proactively drive HR initiatives and projects and implement them independently
You analyze HR metrics, derive actions and support data-driven decisions (e.g., using Excel/Pivots)
You maintain and develop HR tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
You plan and manage training and development measures for managers
You support onboarding and offboarding processes as well as other employee lifecycle topics
You support topics such as index-based pay adjustments and collaborate closely with various HR functions
In this role you report to the Senior HR Business Partner

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable qualification – alternatively you bring equivalent practical experience
You have initial to several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
Ideally, you have experience working with international stakeholders
You have solid knowledge of employment law and a good understanding of contractual basics
You have experience providing 360° support to business units and working on HR projects
You are confident in using HR systems, Excel (including Pivot) and reporting tools
You have a good understanding of white- and blue-collar structures
You are fluent in German and English
You demonstrate empathy, assertiveness, a structured approach and a clear business mindset
