About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You provide comprehensive 360° HR support to your business units (White- and Blue-Collar areas)
  • You work closely with leaders at all levels and act as a sparring partner
  • You coach managers and advise on topics such as change, employee development, conflict management and the employee lifecycle
  • You actively shape and further develop HR tools, policies and processes
  • You proactively drive HR initiatives and projects and implement them independently
  • You analyze HR metrics, derive actions and support data-driven decisions (e.g., using Excel/Pivots)
  • You maintain and develop HR tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
  • You plan and manage training and development measures for managers
  • You support onboarding and offboarding processes as well as other employee lifecycle topics
  • You support topics such as index-based pay adjustments and collaborate closely with various HR functions
  • In this role you report to the Senior HR Business Partner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable qualification – alternatively you bring equivalent practical experience
  • You have initial to several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
  • Ideally, you have experience working with international stakeholders
  • You have solid knowledge of employment law and a good understanding of contractual basics
  • You have experience providing 360° support to business units and working on HR projects
  • You are confident in using HR systems, Excel (including Pivot) and reporting tools
  • You have a good understanding of white- and blue-collar structures
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You demonstrate empathy, assertiveness, a structured approach and a clear business mindset
