About the role

  • You support the implementation of the B2B go-to-market strategy — from assortment planning to promotions and POS activations
  • You create and maintain sales and presentation tools that make work easier for our Key Account Managers and field sales team
  • You track key KPIs and sales figures, prepare reports, and derive initial recommendations for action
  • You coordinate alignments with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Operations and Category Management
  • You organize meetings, prepare internal B2B brand news updates and keep content up to date
  • You support the preparation of innovation sell-in toolkits to optimally position new products in retail

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable field (a Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • You have initial professional experience in sales or marketing within the B2B segment of grocery retail
  • You have a good numerical sense and enjoy analyzing data and presenting it clearly
  • You are highly organized with a structured working style — Excel & PowerPoint are tools you are comfortable with
  • You are strong in communication, think proactively and actively contribute to process improvements
  • You enjoy working in a team and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
  • You have business-fluent German and good English skills and feel confident communicating with various stakeholders
