About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Regional Growth: personally and together with the team, actively seek new business opportunities and generate demand with top-tier agencies and direct clients across the region.
  • Own the Numbers: Be fully responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets and own regional budget.
  • Cultivate Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with strategic partners across Eurasia and the region to ensure Eskimi has the best market representation.
  • Lead by Example: Manage and empower the regional sales team and inspire internal teams by consistently demonstrating Eskimi’s leadership principles: honesty & care, performance & results, accountability, and growth.
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead to close - fully manage and own regional budget operational profit.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience: 10+ years of proven success in digital advertising and digital sales, with a track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Network: a strong, established network of contacts within advertising agencies and major brands. This is an absolute must.
  • Expertise: strong knowledge of the digital media landscape and how to navigate it.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for understanding client needs and crafting solutions that deliver exceptional value.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Language Fluency: English (written/spoken).
