About the role
- Manage talent management system implementations and outsourced administration support projects.
- Collaborate with other members throughout the project lifecycle to define and manage scope, lead execution, and ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Gather client’s business and technical requirements, translating those into learning system configurations, leading workshops, and training sessions.
- Support client User Acceptance Testing and system deployment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, communicate updates to key stakeholders, manage project resources, and drive efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of implementation and consulting experience as the lead consultant with a Learning Management System platform such as Docebo, Cornerstone, SumTotal, Saba or Schoox.
- At least 2 years of project management experience managing projects.
- Deep knowledge of Talent Management System or Learning Management System configurations.
- Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
- Experience managing project schedule, scope, resources, communication, and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Project.
- Excellent ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
