About the role

  • Develop and document an onboarding program for Sales and Inside Sales teams
  • Identify missing and required content for teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Create, develop, and update content used by sales teams for client meetings
  • Ensure that the content used by sales teams is aligned with the group's corporate and commercial policies
  • Ensure training and adoption of tools that improve sales cycle productivity (Salesforce, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Participate in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies to increase the efficiency of Sales and Inside Sales teams
  • Support sales teams in building contact lists
  • Manage commercial teams' onboarding on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Lead the Social Selling Academy to support Sales & Inside Sales teams in generating and influencing new business via social media channels
  • Measure the ROI and impact of Social Selling on the sales cycle
  • Monitor team performance indicators in close collaboration with Sales Management

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing or business (business school or equivalent university degree)
  • Experience creating and implementing successful process/methodology initiatives
  • Experience building Onboarding and Social Selling programs for sales profiles
  • Strong interest in new technologies and AI
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience in a B2B company with a complex sales cycle
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with a CRM (such as Salesforce) and Sales Enablement platforms (such as Highspot or Showpad)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
