About the role
- Develop and document an onboarding program for Sales and Inside Sales teams
- Identify missing and required content for teams throughout the sales cycle
- Create, develop, and update content used by sales teams for client meetings
- Ensure that the content used by sales teams is aligned with the group's corporate and commercial policies
- Ensure training and adoption of tools that improve sales cycle productivity (Salesforce, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Participate in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies to increase the efficiency of Sales and Inside Sales teams
- Support sales teams in building contact lists
- Manage commercial teams' onboarding on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lead the Social Selling Academy to support Sales & Inside Sales teams in generating and influencing new business via social media channels
- Measure the ROI and impact of Social Selling on the sales cycle
- Monitor team performance indicators in close collaboration with Sales Management
Requirements
- Degree in marketing or business (business school or equivalent university degree)
- Experience creating and implementing successful process/methodology initiatives
- Experience building Onboarding and Social Selling programs for sales profiles
- Strong interest in new technologies and AI
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience in a B2B company with a complex sales cycle
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Proficiency with a CRM (such as Salesforce) and Sales Enablement platforms (such as Highspot or Showpad)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
