Requirements

What you’ll need

All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience designing and delivering training in corporate, technical, or government environments
Proficiency with instructional design software (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and instructionally sound materials.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
