About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply semantic vibe coding efficiencies to uncover patterns and thematic insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives through data storytelling and visualization.
- Design, implement, and maintain AI approaches (such as product similarity) and predictive models (such as supervised and unsupervised) for anomaly detection, classification, regression, and pattern recognition.
- Conduct rigorous model evaluation using precision, recall, F1-score, AUC, and other performance metrics to ensure reliability and fairness.
- Demonstrate an innovative mindset by exploring emerging technologies, creative approaches, and novel methodologies to solve complex problems efficiently.
- Utilize modern efficiency tools and frameworks (e.g., GitHub Copilot, automated pipelines, CI/CD) to streamline development and deployment.
- Optimize workflows for scalability in cloud environments (Azure).
- Work in Agile teams; drive iterative delivery, joint problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Engage closely with project managers, technical leads, client representatives, and cross-functional teams to provide timely updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with technical goals.
- Translate technical specifications into code and design documents.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years developing statistical and AI/ML models using leading-edge tools and best practices.
- 2+ years building regression, classification, NLP, and other statistical/ML models for predictive analytics.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Python (such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow for deep learning).
- 2+ years working in modern cloud environments (Azure); certifications advantageous.
- 2+ years experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Proficiency in dashboard visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent).
- Proven ability to integrate semantic coding techniques into ML workflows.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for data storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams, contributing to iterative development, shared problem-solving, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
