We’re seeking a passionate Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting our Rapid Innovation Center (The RIC), specializing in leading initiatives related to our Innovation Framework, Technical Partnership Program, and Business Development Enablement. This multi-faceted role requires a highly collaborative team player who can move seamlessly between product, project, and program leadership, dive deep as a software project lead/scrum master on an agile delivery team delivering an agentic AI product, while simultaneously tracking progress on as many as 10 smaller initiatives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communications, or a technical discipline. With ten years of professional experience and at least four years of specialized experience, a degree is not required. Experience leading projects, programs, and contracts for federal government customers within the GovCon industry. Experience operating as a product owner or business analyst on a cross functional software engineering team. Experience establishing and growing strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Team oriented collaboration skills Due to the nature of our customers, candidates are required to hold US Citizenship.
