About the role
- Lead complex E‑commerce projects with Shopify – from concept through successful go‑live
- Manage internal teams and external partners across all project phases
- Planning, budgeting and reporting – keeping timelines, resources and objectives clearly in view
- Stakeholder management: you lead clients, facilitate workshops, and ensure clear communication among all parties
- Shopify focus: delivery of Shopify and Shopify Plus projects, including integrations with systems (ERP, PIM, CRM, payment, fulfillment, etc.)
- Quality assurance & process optimization: you identify bottlenecks early and develop pragmatic solutions
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in IT project management, ideally in an agency environment
- At least 3 years of that experience working on Shopify projects — e.g., implementations, migrations, or relaunches
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and PM tools such as Asana or Jira
- Strong communication skills, structured approach and a strong sense of responsibility — even under pressure
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Permanent employment contract
