About the role

  • Interface between clients, stakeholders and development teams
  • Advising on architecture, design and development decisions
  • Ensuring efficient, sustainable and deliverable implementation of software solutions
  • Supporting the development team in architectural decisions and software architecture
  • Actively contributing to software development together with the team
  • Discussing prioritization of development topics with stakeholders
  • Assisting in selecting appropriate technologies and tools
  • Ensuring quality standards through regular code reviews

Requirements

  • Degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science or Information Systems)
  • At least 6 years of professional software development experience with Java, TypeScript, Spring and Spring Boot
  • Experience leading development teams
  • Familiar with design and integration patterns
  • Solid knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
  • Experience designing architectures for complex software systems (e.g., Domain-Driven Design (DDD))
  • Familiar with architecture documentation (e.g., arc42)
  • Knowledge of project and stakeholder management methodologies
  • Ability to implement business requirements purposefully and coordinate technical development processes
  • Independent and transparent way of working
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and agile working
  • Very good German language skills and willingness to travel to client sites occasionally
