About the role
- Close collaboration with clients on AI developments for workflows and solutions
- Designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions, including generative AI and large language models
- Validating the feasibility of new technological developments and methods
- Continuous improvement and optimization of AI models
- Active contribution to projects such as Generative AI, Data Platform, Enterprise Analytics, and Industrial Analytics
Requirements
- Degree in an IT-related field
- Extensive experience in deep learning and machine learning architectures, including transformers
- Excellent software development skills in Python
- Experience working with ML frameworks and tools in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
- Proven experience in advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and orchestrating agents
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
- Good German language skills
