About the role
- Leading role in shaping consulting and architecture services
- Active participation in software projects
- Providing strategic advice to clients as an equal partner
- Supporting the development of forward-looking software architectures
- Communicating and facilitating architectural discussions

Requirements
- Extensive, long-standing experience in professional software development and architecture
- Broad experience with modern technologies and frameworks (preferably in the Java ecosystem)
- Strong skills in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- Extensive experience with modern architectural principles, e.g., Domain-Driven Design (DDD), event-driven architectures, and microservices
- Solid expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with leading and developing agile engineering teams
- Business-fluent German
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
