About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate, develop, and monitor the performance of the commercial/sales team;
- Break down targets and monitor individual and team execution;
- Build and monitor the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and sales forecast;
- Ensure the quality of information recorded in the CRM;
- Support the team with diagnostics, proposals, negotiations, and handling objections;
- Participate in strategic commercial opportunities;
- Design and implement processes, playbooks, cadences, and best commercial practices;
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement action plans;
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Implementation, CX, Finance and other departments to strengthen the commercial strategy;
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities;
- Present commercial metrics, results, risks, and forecasts to leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in commercial leadership;
- Background in B2B consultative sales, preferably in software, SaaS, ERP or technology companies;
- Experience managing the full sales cycle;
- Proficiency with CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales KPIs;
- Ability to develop teams, coach professionals, and track results;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic vision;
- Analytical, organized, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
