About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement machine learning models as scalable backend services in accordance with our development and security guidelines
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to take models from prototype to production
Continuously improve and optimize machine learning models in production
Translate customer requirements into effective, scalable ML solutions
Design and implement secure APIs and backend components
Develop and maintain data access layers (e.g., MS SQL, Elasticsearch)
Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security
Contribute to technical specifications and architecture decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with Python and backend development (e.g., APIs, services)
Experience with machine learning models and production deployment
Knowledge of MS SQL and experience working with large datasets
Experience with microservices and container-based architectures
Solid understanding of software design patterns and data structures
Basic knowledge of software security
Experience with C# is a plus
