About the role
- Definition of requirements for new (sub-)projects
- Feasibility analysis in coordination with development and design teams
- Preparation of proposals and cost estimates
- Consolidation of requirements for handover to technical planning
- Coordination between development, design, clients and external service providers
- Reviews and testing
- Budget monitoring
- Customer support through regular status meetings (Jour Fixe), training and support
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management and coordination
- Experience managing larger projects
- Strong technical affinity and understanding
- Structured, analytical and organized working style
- Strong communication skills, ability to provide structure and make decisions
- Confident use of project management tools
- Agile project management (SCRUM)
- Very good German language skills
- Good to very good English skills
