Requirements

  • Excellent reading, writing and communication skills (English & Spanish fluency/literacy required)
  • Strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses (English & Spanish fluency/literacy required)
  • Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
  • Proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
  • Able to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
  • Adapt quickly to new policies and procedures
  • Enjoy working independently, are self-motivated and excel at repetitive tasks
