Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent reading, writing and communication skills (English & Spanish fluency/literacy required)
Strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses (English & Spanish fluency/literacy required)
Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
Proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
Able to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
Adapt quickly to new policies and procedures
Enjoy working independently, are self-motivated and excel at repetitive tasks
