About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct inbound and outbound customer interactions with clients across Brazil, managing the sales journey from first contact through closing
- Identify customer needs through effective discovery and recommend the best solution among available products
- Lead negotiations clearly and strategically, addressing objections and pursuing high-quality conversions
- Work with a focus on targets and performance metrics, monitoring your results and continuously seeking improvement
- Log and track interactions in the CRM, ensuring proper account organization and visibility of the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the team by sharing learnings and contributing to collective performance improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Availability to work in a target-driven, operational environment with a 44-hour workweek
- Experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service
- Experience selling financial products/services
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales systems
