About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct inbound and outbound customer interactions with clients across Brazil, managing the sales journey from first contact through closing
  • Identify customer needs through effective discovery and recommend the best solution among available products
  • Lead negotiations clearly and strategically, addressing objections and pursuing high-quality conversions
  • Work with a focus on targets and performance metrics, monitoring your results and continuously seeking improvement
  • Log and track interactions in the CRM, ensuring proper account organization and visibility of the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the team by sharing learnings and contributing to collective performance improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Availability to work in a target-driven, operational environment with a 44-hour workweek
  • Experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service
  • Experience selling financial products/services
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and sales systems
