About the role
- Lead the architecture and evolution of full-stack solutions
- Act as the technical reference for the team
- Define and evolve architectural standards
- Orchestrate the use of traditional code and Low Code solutions
- Design and implement integrations and automations for critical processes
- Anticipate technical risks and architectural bottlenecks
- Work in partnership with product and business teams
- Contribute to the team's growth
Requirements
- Experience as a Software Engineer working in high-complexity environments
- Hands-on Fullstack development with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience with Software Architecture (microservices, event-driven, DDD, Clean Architecture)
- Experience with API integrations and building automations
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Knowledge of AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3 or equivalents)
- Ability to act as a technical reference within the team, influencing decisions and guiding solutions
