About the role

  • Design, execute and optimize communication flows (WhatsApp, email and other channels), ensuring efficiency and conversion throughout the funnel;
  • Monitor performance indicators (sending, delivery, response, qualification, conversion), identify bottlenecks and propose improvements;
  • Analyze journey data to generate actionable insights and refine segmentations and strategies;
  • Monitor the operational stability of automations and flows, acting quickly in case of deviations or failures;
  • Collaborate with Product, BI and Engineering to implement improvements and new initiatives;
  • Run tests (A/B, segmentation, messaging approach) focused on incremental performance gains;
  • Ensure organization and documentation of journeys, properties and flows used;
  • Participate in CRM evolution projects, including personalization, automation and AI initiatives;
  • Operate in an integrated manner within a high-volume environment where segmentation, channel and timing decisions directly impact business results.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with CRM, relationship marketing or journey automation;
  • Experience in data analysis and interpreting performance indicators (delivery rates, response rates, conversion, funnel metrics);
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot);
  • Experience with audience segmentation and creating communication flows;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis;
  • Experience with A/B testing and structured experimentation;
  • Experience working in performance- and goal-oriented environments.
