About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management of the overall Operations Incident review process including the weekly and fortnightly review meetings, Synergie Life management and reporting
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Operations standards, policies and procedures regarding the safe operation of the electricity system
Support the introduction new Operations policies, standards, and procedures
Produce Operations Content for the Monthly Safety Briefing
Provide support for Storms and other Emergencies
Contribute to the investigation of Operations Incidents and complete Actions arising from Operations Incident Investigation outcomes as Required
Support as required front line operations teams at the full range of Voltages from a policy and operations safety perspective
Support and carry out Operations and Maintenance Risk Assessments as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on delivering results
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience in writing or inputting to technical documents (desirable)
A working knowledge of ESBN Operations policies and procedures based on past experience (desirable)
