💰 €33,000 - €40,000 per year

About the role

  • The timely updating of the Central Market Database (SAP) for ESB Networks and other Industry participants
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of Market Messages
  • Liaising closely with other business functions within RMS and ESB Networks
  • Resolve customers, suppliers, and staff queries or complaints in line with customer charter
  • Managing and recording all reported meter security issues
  • Billing the customers for damaged equipment and unrecorded usage due to unauthorized interference
  • Confidentiality is a particular requirement in this work area
  • Working on own initiative to achieve targets

Requirements

  • Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent IT skills – Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively in a team
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Desirable SAP ISU
