About the role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational management of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, sponsorships, events, and e-commerce objectives
  • Develop engaging content across multiple formats and prepare creative briefs
  • Manage paid and organic social media activities, including budget allocation
  • Track and analyse key metrics such as follower growth, reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Monitor social channels for customer feedback
  • Assist the Advertising Manager and wider team with day-to-day tasks

Requirements

  • A 3rd level qualification in Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 2–3 years’ experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends
  • Results-driven with proven ability to optimise campaigns using data insights
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, and social media management tools
  • Ability to develop standout creative tailored to each platform
  • Excellent copywriting skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
  • Experience in A/B testing for copy and creative
  • Skilled in social media listening, engagement tools, and sentiment analysis
  • Experience managing budgets and collaborating effectively with creative and media agencies
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
