About the role
- Oversee the day-to-day operational management of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, sponsorships, events, and e-commerce objectives
- Develop engaging content across multiple formats and prepare creative briefs
- Manage paid and organic social media activities, including budget allocation
- Track and analyse key metrics such as follower growth, reach, engagement, and conversions
- Monitor social channels for customer feedback
- Assist the Advertising Manager and wider team with day-to-day tasks
Requirements
- A 3rd level qualification in Marketing, or equivalent work experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends
- Results-driven with proven ability to optimise campaigns using data insights
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, and social media management tools
- Ability to develop standout creative tailored to each platform
- Excellent copywriting skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
- Experience in A/B testing for copy and creative
- Skilled in social media listening, engagement tools, and sentiment analysis
- Experience managing budgets and collaborating effectively with creative and media agencies
- Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
