- Build relationships with health system executives, cardiologists, and clinical leaders

- Deliver Sales Excellence
- Implement strong forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
- Align closely with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams across both organizations
- Ensure execution discipline and predictable revenue growth
- Champion Customer Value
- Position solutions around clinical outcomes, workflow efficiency, and economic ROI
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders alike
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership in Healthcare IT, medical imaging, or cardiovascular solutions
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong experience selling into hospital environments (Cardiology, Cath Lab, Radiology)
- Experience working within global or matrixed organizations
- Proven success transitioning businesses to SaaS / subscription-based models
- Experience with AI-driven or cloud-based healthcare solutions
- Familiarity with value-based or utilization-based pricing strategies
- Deep understanding of cardiovascular imaging workflows (PACS, RIS, CVIS)
- Strong command of forecasting, CRM systems, and complex sales cycles
