About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end program and project execution within a SAFe framework, coordinating multiple Agile teams across Program Increments (PIs)
Drive PI Planning, sprint coordination, backlog alignment, and release management
Help lead and facilitate Scrum of Scrums ceremonies for cross-team coordination and alignment
Conduct regular pulse-checks to identify roadblocks
Proactively manage and resolve cross-team dependencies
Ensure smooth integration of deliverables across squads toward shared product goals
Use Atlassian Jira for backlog tracking, sprint execution, reporting, and metrics visibility
Use Confluence for documentation, knowledge sharing, and program transparency
Use Microsoft Project for high-level planning, timeline management, and executive reporting
Manage and align cross-functional teams including Shopify developers, middleware engineers, React developers, QA teams, SAP ERP developers, Salesforce developers, and PIM data stewards and developers
Ensure delivery of high-quality digital products meeting business objectives, timelines, and budgets
Track and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
Prepare and deliver weekly status reports to senior and executive leadership
Facilitate collaboration across geographically dispersed teams
Identify and remove delivery impediments while continuously improving team performance
Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to translate strategy into execution
Drive metrics-based reporting and dashboards using Jira and structured reporting outputs from Microsoft Project

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of project/program management experience in IT or Digital Technology
Advanced hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting
Experience with Confluence for documentation, collaboration, and knowledge management
Experience with Microsoft Project for planning, tracking, and executive-level reporting
Ability to manage and communicate project status across multiple tools and reporting structures
Ability to communicate complex project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders
Experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums or multi-team Agile coordination in a SAFe environment
Hands-on experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
Experience managing multi-domain, cross-functional digital programs
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Strong understanding of modern web technologies and enterprise system integrations
Excellent English communication skills
Familiarity with Informatica and SAP CPI
Understanding of React or modern front-end frameworks
Knowledge of QA processes, automation testing, and CI/CD pipelines
SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or PMP
Strong facilitation, coordination, organization, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to lead without authority in complex enterprise environments
