Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the configuration of Oracle HCM modules based on defined specifications and guidance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of professional experience in an HRIS or related technical support capacity.
  • Foundational understanding of HRIS concepts and basic database structures.
  • Experience with data entry, maintenance, and generating basic reporting from HR systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
