About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the configuration of Oracle HCM modules based on defined specifications and guidance.
- Perform routine maintenance of core system tables and HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of basic system errors and escalate more complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
- Gather and document initial user requirements for minor system enhancements or modifications.
- Participate in testing activities for system upgrades and new functionalities, following established test plans.
- Provide basic support and guidance to end-users on HRIS functionalities.
- Contribute to the documentation efforts for HRIS processes and system configurations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of professional experience in an HRIS or related technical support capacity.
- Foundational understanding of HRIS concepts and basic database structures.
- Experience with data entry, maintenance, and generating basic reporting from HR systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
